Change of Mind Returns
Naturally we hope you love your Eyezone Emporium purchase.

If you have changed your mind about an item and wish to return it, you may request an exchange for another item or a credit. The item must not be worn and in original condition including all tags, wipe cloth & frame case to qualify for exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Returns must be made by contacting us to obtain a return authority - we cannot accept returns of
online items via our stores.

To return an item, please contact us via returns@eyezone-emporium.com.au with your order number, and reason for returning the goods. 

Returns must be made within 7 days from the date received. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

We recommend you select a safe and traceable delivery service and retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods until we physically receive it.

We are unable to offer returns on Gift Cards. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or wrongly described.

Faulty Returns
We will accept any faulty or wrongly described merchandise purchased from our on-line store within 14 days of the date received. We ensure all items are inspected for Quality Control prior to shipping. Should a faulty item be returned it will be assessed by our team and you will be notified as soon as possible. For such items you may request an exchange for another item, a store credit or a refund.

To return a faulty item, please contact us via returns@eyezone-emporium.com.au with your order number, and reason for returning the goods.

 

In-store purchases


We ask all clients to select carefully as no refund will be issued for change of mind. Any purchase must be returned within 7 days from purchase for exchange or store credit.

Store credit will be valid for 6 months from issue. The item must not be worn and in original condition including all tags, wipe cloth & frame case to qualify for exchange.

Any exchanges for a higher priced item must be paid in full and any remaining balance for items exchanged for a lesser value will be transferred for a store credit valid for 6 months.

To return your in-store purchase please present your receipt or proof of purchase in-store and ensure the item has all original packaging. Our staff will be happy to assist you in selecting another item.

Refunds for faulty or wrongly described items will be processed using the same method of payment used to make your purchase. If the item was a gift then a credit voucher will be provided.

Please note, strictly no refunds or returns available on Digital gift cards and in-store gift vouchers.
